Our BBQ packages are served buffet style either on white platters, wooden boards or even chaffing units which for great for larger events as they keep food warm for hours.
Our chefs will arrive at least 1.5 hours before your requested food service time to set up equipment.
All of our meats are sourced from the finest local meat suppliers in Sydney which we have had relationships with for many years.
Our marinated grass fed scotch fillet is seared then cooked as a whole fillet, all at your place then our talented chefs slice and present for your guests to enjoy.
We supply all serving equipment and our chef will even clean up & take away any catering rubbish left from your guests
