Serving equipment incl - boards, self heating chaffing units w fuel & platters (everything needed for your guests to enjoy their BBQ)
Trestle tables with linen table cloths
BBQ hire & gas bottle
Disposable plates, cutlery & napkins
Removal of rubbish of all BBQ catering waste after your event, rubbish removal is a complementary feature we provide, it includes any waste generated from BBQ food we deliver. (We can also remove third party waste like empty bottles but we will need to know at the time of booking if you require this service as disposal fees are applicable)
Whats not included in our menu price
Onsite staffing like chefs & waitstaff if needed & Delivery charges. That's it.....
We book up fast and highly recommend you secure your preferred date with us as soon as possible. Depending on the time of the year 2 weeks notice is ample time, our peak season runs from October to February

Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements. We are more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs your guests may have. Intolerances and allergies will be accommodated for as best possible, however please be aware that other orders that may contain egg, shellfish, nuts, etc, are prepared using the same equipment. Please be advised that whilst all care will be taken, no responsibility will be assumed.
Yes, we regularly cater on chartered boats and luxury yachts. Our chefs are experienced with working in galleys / smaller kitchens; alternatively, we can also design a menu to be dropped off to the wharf.

Not all events are the same, we have catered BBQ functions for upwards of 4000 guests and depending on location & event requirements, some will need specialised equipment which we have on hand and if we don’t have something you need we will find it and provide a quote for you.
Trestle tables & black linen table cloths to serve your buffet BBQ (if you require more tables & linen table cloths for your event we can supply as many as you need, charges will apply to extra equipment)
Rubbish removal of BBQ waste (please note only waste from food & items supplied by BBQ at your place is included, any excess waste, 3rd party or bottles will be charged a disposal fee)
Once you have made full payment for your event you will receive a confirmation email
This email will show a listing all menu items, timing of arrival & staff required for your event, also a PDF link to your Tax Invoice for you to print. If you require any changes to your event, simply reply to the confirmation email with any changes you require, please note any changes are required 2 business days before your event.
Yes of course we do this regularly, we can deliver any of our BBQ menu's delivered at the time you require and our driver will setup our chaffing dishes to keep all your grilled items at perfect temperature. This service eliminates the charge for a chef but will incur a pickup charge for equipment.

We will need a minimum 2 business days before your event to make alterations to your menu, if your changes are within 4 business days before your event date we can only include guest numbers not decrease.
We as always will do our best to facilitate any changes made at the last minute.
Yes we can deliver any of our BBQ packages on disposable trays, just mention if this is a requirement while filling out our quotation form.
All grill items will be in large foil trays delivered in foam hot boxes & salads in disposable trays, just dispose of them after your event, you will also save on any chef charges & pickup fees as well.
